Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale

• If you are going to pay at the casher at the Seven Eleven, please bring with you the booking reference number and the paid-in reference number;
• If you already paid online with the credit card, please bring with you the booking reference number and the credit card which you used for the trasaction.
• It would be also kind if you can bring a copy of the email booking confirmation for bookings made online.

• Student tickets will be only available from Ishibashi Memorial Hall Ticket Online (Japanese Only) or Votre Ticket Centre at +81 (0)3-5355-1280. Concession ticket holders should be advised to bring with you proof of concession such as a student ID card.
• A limited number of seats for wheelchair users are available. For further information please contact to the organiser of each performance or event whose contact details will be appeared on each performance page.
• Tickets are not transferable. Patrons with tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers may be refused entry.
• The Ishibashi Memorial Hall reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
• Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable break or interval.
• The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden.

Tickets for most Ishibashi Memorial Hall events can be booked on this site any time. Your tickets are ready to be collected at any Seven Eleven store in Japan. Unfortunately our online booking service is currently available in Japanese.

To book online, you must first become a member of ISHIBASHI MEMORIAL HALL Friends. Please go to the registration page by clicking the 'REGISTER NOW' button below.
You need to get an ID with a password.

If your are already a member and have an account with us, please select 'Log In'. You can change your registered details and check your booking history.

How to book

1) Log in with your ID and password
2) Choose a performance or event
3) Choose a payment method: either credit card or cash at a Seven Eleven store
4) Choose a price range
5) Choose a seat or block (NB: There may be a restriction to a number of tickets you can book at once.)
6) Confirm your seating place
7) Confirm your booking details
8) Get a booking reference number and pay-in reference number (if you chose to pay by cash at a Seven Eleven store).

Book Tickets

Ticket Collection
Once your booking has been made, your tickets will be ready to collect at a Seven Eleven store.
Please be aware if you choose to pay in cash at a Seven Eleven store that your tickets are only "hold" and you are required to collect your tickets within 8 days. If your payment is failure to meet the due date, your booking will be cancelled.

When you are collecting tickets from a Seven Eleven store:
1) If you are going to pay at the casher at the Seven Eleven, please bring with you the booking reference number and the paid-in reference number;
2) If you already paid online with the credit card, please bring with you the booking reference number and the credit card which you used for the trasaction.
3) It would be also kind if you can bring a copy of the email booking confirmation for bookings made online.

Only those performances and events which are currently bookable or will be soon open to book will appear in the calendar.
If you are a Member of Ishibashi Memorial Hall Friends and wish to take advantage of your advance priority booking, remember, you must 'sign in' before these performances will appear on the Calendar.
